* Short legs and long torso
* Eyes high on the face
* Long chin
* Vertical temples (unless you want a chubby guy). You can cover the extreme edges of the cheeks with hair bits, ribbons or facemarks to achieve this.
* Straight lateral thigh edge. Pant leg #17 does this pretty well (the long cargo shorts thing). For trousers, you can make them flat black and add belts to straighten the thighs.
