Sekihiko Inui, the official mangaka for the Comic Party franchise, released two doujin with the main characters in explicit scenarios. The original game the manga was adapted from was an eroge but they did try to clean up later releases to move away from smut (as Utawarerumono and Fate have), which the doujin obviously worked against.
Probably the last update from me as the thread hasn't gained as much traction as I hoped, thanks to those that participated!
Other honorable mentions I won't post as they're /aco/ material are Fred Perry (creator of the Gold Digger comic) drawing hardcore depictions of his characters, and Ian Jones-Quartey (author of the RPG World webcomic) doing nudes of the female characters which probably barely qualifies as that hasn't been relevant for close to 20 years now.
