I'm guessing one of them was a fan-translation that used the raws, then an official version came out that censored the nudity by literally drawing clothes over Nayuta. Quite a few of the later chapters, such as the one in this comparison, are only available as the latter, which fucking sucks. I was only able to get the image to the left from a preview.
