Right now, I assume the only way to do it is by using the snapshot tool (Ctrl+F4) of PMXView. How it works? You save the existing default (out of the morph editor) and end (in the morph editor) states of the applicable parts of the morph, you save the end state as the default (out of the morph editor), and you save the previous default as the morph's end state (in the morph editor).
2) If it wasn't done before, you do it manually. The links in the picture could be of help. (Shrinkwrap isn't very pretty by default.)
The PMXE way, tedious but sufficient in most cases, is to select the relevant vertices and move them carefully and symmetrically, utilizing the arrows and boxes in the 6-axis handle you can see between her bunny ears. You could also just do one side, select it, and mirror the object (then delete the old part), but there's a much higher risk of producing unwanted results or breaking something.
