Soon as I reinstalled BP, I got the slow FPS on the Private Paradise Menus and the weird blank outfit thumbnails.The lighting from the BP mod, takes a lot of power. You have a 1070. It's not strong enough to run it that well. Simple as is. Your cpu does not help but it's your 1070 doing most of the work.
Press the "Home" key on your keyboard and choose the "Performance" preset.
