Modding has been a thorn in their side ever since the days of the original Xbox when they sent a cease and desist order to the Ninjahacker forums. However, if there is a server that receives inputs from the users, renders the characters and sends back streaming video, it makes me wonder how well the game will work, because you can't have a lot of latency when playing timing-based games like beach volleyball and butt battling.
