I think a visual novel would work best. I'm not a fan of stealth games, so a visual novel would work best. It would mix with my enjoyment for stories. It would obviously be a good choice for drawing out scenes. It would be probably easy enough to program where someone like me, who isn't a programmer, could probably figure it out with a bit of time.
It would be interesting to try and make choices diverse and matter. Able to sort of control how much clothing you have on each leg of the adventure... the type of actions the character takes.
I'd also want to have some sort of arousal feature. Depending on actions you take, it might raise it more than others, and different things could happen based on that as well.
Just a very basic idea though. I don't know if I'd be ready for such a big thing. Not sure if my art style is refined enough even to really do something like that (not to mention having to draw so many variations of dress and such for all the locals and scenes to cover each permutation.)
