There's really no rule to this as different loras have different inherent strengths -- some I keep as low as 0.4 and they'll still overwhelm the image while some I'll put above 1 and the effect is still minimal

I guess more specifically I don't want something that overrules a more grainy, VHS-quality style screencap with too much excess "quality" (and yes I'm skipping the usual quality tags), while still not leaving behind anatomical issues to fix. Perhaps too much to ask?
