Brash Witch is expelled to mundane school for abusing magic, when she goes to the soon to be befriended Shy Bookworm's house for a group project she decides to “prove” suspiciously Friendly Brother is a pervert;
Spells are structured as conceptually related [effect] but [cost] until [end condition]
Ex. the warming spell she’ll soon rely on warms her body, but wood in the enchanted bag turns to ash, until there’s no wood in the bag.
She casts a Glamour on herself so she looks dressed, but she can’t wear real clothes, until she says she’s naked
She enchants him to see through the Glamour, but she can’t say she’s naked, until he says she’s naked
She thinks he'll come in, see she’s naked, panic, and ask why she’s naked; her “clothes” reappear, and she mocks him as a pervert for "imagining" her naked
But Guy actually is friendly, and was happy to see his sister bring home a friend. When he sees her steel herself before going back into the room with Shy while naked, he thinks she’s a nudist nervous to open up to her new friend, and vows to not mention it; as an aspiring artist used to being respectful of nude models, he succeeds so well Witch worries the spell went wrong, until Shy asks Guy to take a picture of them and he realizes the camera is showing her clothed. So now he’s in on the magic, but frustratingly even more understanding and tight lipped, so she’s stuck naked
