it's not that i don't have the texture files, i have all the files that were distributed, unless it was supposed to have an mtl file that wasn't there
what's the problem is that even when i try to apply them in blender, they work fine pictured here at first but

in fact i'd need a full on class about this stuff
also why weren't the textures already applied, and why does the blender render or cycles render come out weird with the wrong texture on the body and no textures on anything else, only opengl renders output it properly
blender is sofaking confusing
