Ok, Valssu does some great stuff. He really gets into the whole "girl discovering she likes being naked in public" thing pretty good by the seems of it. Hard to pick out just a little example of the work. It isn't purely Ecchi, there is sex and junk. I forget if he ever gets into scat stuff. Yet a lot of the stuff I've seen from him really is the story of girls who realize they are turned on by taking risks, and keep taking bigger risks.
Just a small example from Chatper 3 of this series. She gets naked in the school during gym, and sneaks around.
