I figured out how to scrape the manga myself though, and can share what I know with you. The program I used is HakuNeko, and it works mostly as-advertised except for the bit where you need to dig around in the options and log into Niconico within HakuNeko or it'll fail to scrape manga from Niconico. Once I figured out that login step I was able to scrape what's been posted of chapter 0, which right now seems to only be the first part.
