It's exactly as you said, in Kurokuro's case some of the panels can really be a little disconnected with the context of the scene. But I still decided to make the changes just for fun. It's just a way to add some extra material for those who like to collect this type of content.
But in Tsugumomo's case it's a little different. Most pages are usually exactly the same, but uncensored. In these cases I just remove the censor bars and replace the original page.
