To fix this, I used the same method of selecting the body for the nipples, then went to Image-->Adjustments-->Match Color and fiddled around with luminescence and color intensity. I went back and messed around with fade, and that seems to help as well. I don't know how well it would work to darken pictures to get the same effect as browning, but in theory you COULD just select the parts you want to darken, fiddle around with the Match Color, and then just darken the nipples even more so.
(And I screwed up naming the files and forgot to rename them)
