Toshihiro Ono was in the employ of Nintendo and illustrated the official Pokemon manga (The Electric Tale of Pikachu), which was notoriously censored in the west for being closer to PG-13 rather than the all-ages rating the franchise usually goes for.
Ono also goes under the pseudonym Sanpei Kamirenjaku though, and compiled a short doujin called Musashi to Kojirou no Kodomo no Tsukurikata which had Jessie and James going at it, and even had a short scene of Jessie and Misty.
