>>2796984That's weird. The third part of pic related is what I'm getting with just:
1. Copypasting the contents of _your_ version of the material_common.fxsub file into material_water.fx instead of the "#include" to immediately see changes (changes to fxsub files don't update the shader in the viewport, unlike .fx file changes)
2. Setting "oTexcoord1 = SkinOut.Position;" instead of "IN.AddUV1" in the vertex shader
3. Setting "Material2PS" to "MaterialPS" in the rendering script at the end to make it work at all, as "Material2PS" is missing from the script

https://pastebin.com/W3b4EtscThe middle part of the picture is what it looks like with "IN.AddUV1", which I assumed was your problem. Skinning worked out of the box. The surface was just smooth, without waves.
And the left is with effects off.
