>>2801499Stage magic? Audience participation is already a little embarrassing and a handful of performances will lean into that. An unsuspecting family is at a show and the mom gets pulled on stage into a dizzying performance as the "lovely assistant" and is run through a gauntlet of humiliating scenarios that amuses the crowd.
I'm not sure how real the videos are but there are supposedly renfaires that as part of the show will pull random women from the crowd and put them in stocks and once they're locked in the performers remove their shoes and socks and tickle their feet while the onlookers essentially point and laugh. Something like that happening at a magic show with all the different precarious bondage and revealing costumes and enf scenarios that can follow from stage magic where all kinds of nonsensical things are intended to happen in the first place kind of writes itself. And nobody would intervene regardless of how humiliated the woman is since it's all ostensibly on the level and "part of the show." Plus being on stage in front of the crowd makes it hard to hear her complaints in the first place.
