The image translation program I'm using has had some updates, including the experimental --manga2eng switch which is more optimized for translating English manga, though it has some caveats (text is forced to black and white, bounding box detection seems less strict so it might cause issues on CG sets without a text box) Some text also still appears much smaller than it should or overlaps a bit with other text but overall seems like a step in the right direction I think.
Be sure to rename the files to somename.zip.001, somename.zip.002 and you should be able to extract. The first part doesn't matter much but make sure it matches for both parts.
