>>2351733Some skills have requirements, but every 5 levels you get a choice and most skills you can just grab whenever. You can also go back as much as you want to pick up anything you may want for the lower levels. Also, there is no Level cap.
Attributes don't increase with Levels, Level is just a number to determine the skills you have and to use in some calculations for skills; still pretty important.
Not gonna lie, I'm ripping some RPGs off, specifically Diablo (that's why Druids become animals).
