Uh, seriously. Um, we assumed that the "Sakura" would have the same drawing quality as the first pic you posted. The body and clothing are nice, but the face just doesn't seem right. Maybe it's because it doesn't look like Sakura (my issue), maybe it's the hair (my issue too), but... the face. Could you like, edit it to look like adult Sakura please?
