She doesn’t even know humans would find themselves ashamed so she has no issue stripping our protagonist or subjecting her to that because she sees no wrong. So she really just stripped her to wash her clothes while if another maid were there she wouldn’t strip her or would do so purposefully and play dumb later.
>the settingI feel it’s because the RPG Maker hentai games I play tend to have a home base like that. A mansion or castle the heroines start to populate and the scenes are unlocked interacting with them along the way so it likely influenced my fantasies. The less human heroines dress skimpier too though rarely brought up and have a dangerous lack of common sense. Not ENF though.
