I actually have no idea what the message means, but I'll probably just replace it with something like "break everything except %color%"
There's still some stuff I don't actually understand about WP2 *as a game* though. I've never seen the Wonderful powerup as a flyover. "Wonderful" exists as an extra option in the costume menu after "nude" in the sprite sheets, but I can't access it in game (even on a cleared game.) Also, OP's picture of Momoko in a towel is more explicit than the one in my version.
Not sure what's up with all that. I assume I'll learn some new things as I translate.
