Okay this is something I wanted to show/ask for about a week now, I've finally decided to get around to posting it. I've asked random Japanese people on this issue in the past and they have know idea (or they don't understand me lol), so maybe there's a small chance some random person on here could help... who knows.
I'll try to keep it simple; my model has a ponytail which has physics as you'd expect, including the parent bone. I want the freedom of taking that parent bone and disabling physics to allow movement, while also allowing physics to continue for the rest of the ponytail whenever I want. The reason I want it to be this way is because I like the ponytail to have a lot of movement during motion... but I also want to have control over it too during certain other motions, without me or someone else having to edit the model in PMX Editor. I hope that makes sense.
Here is the problem; when I disable the physics then the ponytail fuckin' YEETS away... as in the bones + mesh literally rips off of the model and it does not ever come back unless I restart the program. In PMX Editor I have tried many combinations of changing physics sizes, physics numbers, joint numbers, physics/joints positions, etc... but no matter what I get these same outcomes. I find it even more odd because this doesn't happen with the clothing but I have yet to discover the connection. If people want more detailed info then I'll explain later, if needed.
