I assume you also downloaded this one just recently and weren't holding onto a paywalled CC for months right? Since there was a modding overhaul some months back that broke some things.
What version of CC do you have? Any chance of it being outdated?
Unlikely to fix anything, but have you tried running either of the updaters included as a hail mary?
