So, some of you might remember this game being mentioned in the past in these threads:

Why am I mentioning this here? Well, when you're defeated, you respond completely nude, and have to scramble around to get a clothes pick up. From what I can recall, there is no actual sex in the games.
Now, the creator has made a sequel:

Basically, when you're defeated, you get captured and stripped. and you play an entire stage of the girl escaping and fighting people off completely naked, while guys in the foreground cheer and take pictures (see the third preview, though I uploaded the picture of it here).
