The forced to get naked by someone in authority and then their ambivalence towards nudity is a great one that I've never really put much thought into before, but it makes so much sense.
Some scenarios came to my mind:
1 - Similar to the first scenario, in a medical office. The first thing the doctor does when he enters the room is to asks her to undress way before it's necessary, so she goes through all the reflex tests, balance tests, and everything naked. Oh and she has to get weighed, but the scale is in the hallway so off you go naked to get weighed, and yes it has to be naked to get an accurate reading, and don't worry about the scale being right next to the waiting room. Then she's kept naked way longer than necessary as the doctor asks her questions about her medical history. The entire time nurses are moving into and out of the room, people are passing by looking in. Maybe someone she knows, like a classmate or neighbor walks by and happens to see her. Maybe there's a second doctor she has to see, but he's out to lunch and his exam room is locked, so the first doctor just tells her to wait outside in the hallway.
2- A girl is caught misbehaving in the locker room (maybe she does a Kancho prank to her friend) and she happens to be naked because she was changing for swim class and the teacher drags her to the principal office completely naked, exposing her to everyone in the hallways. Then the principal is busy so she has to wait in the hall as everyone passes by. It's the end of the day so as punishment he makes her go to detention, and when she starts heading back to the locker room to get her clothes, he starts yelling at her that that's not the way to the detention room and to get there right now.
When she finally gets out of detention, she returns to the locker room to find her friend took all her clothes. Or maybe it's locked. Or the janitor already cleared it out.
