What do they have to go on? A good chunk of "Japanese artists" on Pixiv aren't even from Japan. Yet so many sites with this "Japanese only rule" only use Pixiv as their prove.
Oh and actual Japanese artists use Deviant Art on occasion too... if that didn't make shit more confusing.
Not a rant against you per se. The image was probably an obvious example or something, I didn't see it. I'm just ranting against loopholes in the rule in general.

Cowgirl has a number of uses. So I hope I am getting this right.
Although I prefer the "Ranch Hand" version instead. I'll totally post one of those instead if desired.
