The Japanese password hint translated was referring to the following:

a browser/mobile game (I think it also has an anime?)
>a "library"
part of the game's menu
>a "doctor" and the number 13
the model in question is a character who was a doctor, and his ID number in the game is 13
I believe the "factions / birthdays / literary trends" password hint is asking for information specific to the character in question. I will post an image with relevant information from a fan wiki in response to this post.
