EX lotions don't unlock until the current max Owner Level - 110 - so until then you have to reapply the temporary girl store lotions once a day to maintain jiggle level.
Also, you need 10 Excitement levels for every + or - for any jiggle or shape lotion. So, you can only do +/-1 on a girl with 10-19 Excitement, +/-2 for 20-29, +/-3 (max) at level 30 Excitement.
Almost more complicated that taking off a girl's bra one-handed!
