Based on quality or based on patheads we are going to get complains anyway.
Personally I think since that's the case (we gonna get complains anyway) better to focus on quality.
But lets not pretend if the highlights were picked more honestly (without "participation prizes") it would solve any problems, We would just get the people complaining about lack of quality replaced by people complaining about lack of diversity or some shit
