This is a perfect example of how official measurements aren't the end all be all for this discussion. Felicia's bust size is supposedly 88 cm vs Morrigan's 86 cm, but looking at the two of them no one in their right mind would say that Felicia's are bigger. In general fan art is a huge problem. It's usually completely over the top takes way too much liberty with the way that the source material busts are drawn. Felicia doesn't even come close to that chest size in most depictions, including in the one you just posted. Look at these two side by side, would anyone think that Felicia has a bigger chest? I'm aware that Morrigan's hand is covering her's somewhat but in terms of width and girth Morrigan wins, no matter which way you slice it. It's not as if she dominates the competition, but they're not in the same league. By the way these are two pics from the same game, with the same art style, and from a fairly recent title (2013).
