I'm not going to argue that unshaven is perfectly natural. But so are feet, small breasts, large breasts (well I suppose this is up for interpretation for ecchi's sake) and sleeping, and yet you can find fetish threads for all of these in /e/. At least here, a fetish is taking pleasure in seeing something in a particular way. Whether it's 'natural' to see it like that has no bearing.
