>>2610658There's an erotic isekai story called Hiraeth, which features a guy getting transported to a medieval fantasy world where slavery is common and it's expected for the wealthy to show off their status by parading nude slaves on leashes in public. The main character is acquiring a harem and just introduced the world to firearms. It's actually pretty good, the sex scenes are well done, the worldbuilding is amazing, and the MC isn't the typical "I was a loser who got reincarnated as the most OP guy in the universe", he's a normal guy who's just dissatisfied with life, gets abducted to another universe, and becomes an independently wealthy slave owned partly via sheer dumb luck and partly by his own merits. A big part of the story is his figuring out how society in the fantasy world works so he quits making enemies by inadvertently stepping on people's toes, and character development: he realizes he has the typical isekai protagonist's power fantasy fulfillment (cute sex slaves, relatively wealthy, doesn't have to work) but that indulging in it he's just going to be a loser coasting through life, so he decides to man up and do something.
It's really good, see if you can find it. It has a foxgirl named Liska (the first slave he buys) who is genuinely adorable, and I think it's a pretty realistic depiction of sexual slavery.
