>>2779455Internet Download Manager is what I use, but now that you mention it, it didn't actually download fullres videos in the few cases I took advantage of it after the overhaul. Had to click on the "source" option and wait until it reloads despite the option being selected by default. Grabbing the fattest file from the Network tab of a Chromium-based browser's console works just as well (you'll get the video only in the quality you select).
