Maybe she was too busy playing around on social media and screwed up an order for her business's biggest client and so they're about to lose the client, but losing them would mean the entire company going under so she does a last ditch drastic apology to get them to reconsider, stripping off her clothes and throwing herself on the ground to beg them to reconsider.
Then the client and their associates watch her kind of shocked at first at what's happening for a few moments before awkwardly saying that it's already done and they can't back out because they signed a deal with a different company. So she essentially stripped naked in front of all those people for nothing.
Not really into life-ruining ENF, but there's something about it all being for nothing that just nicely adds to the humiliation.
