Anniversaries will just give 20 tickets in one go. It doesn't really change you having to wait almost six months to get a new accessory. Before it was waiting for Anni, now it's waiting for 20 tickets.
This system also prevents you from obtaining any duplicates, so now it's most likely impossible to do Skill Awakening on SSR accessories because no dupes.
