Passionlip (and the rest of the Sakura Five) are the result of BB discarding her unnecessary emotions that would prevent her from becoming a perfect AI, and combining them with reproductions of divine spirits in order to make them guardians for her labyrinth. Essentially, Passionlip was created by throwing the essences of Durga, Parvati, and Brynhildr in a blender alongside BB's emotions of Love and Hate, and Lip is just what happened to come out on the other side.
