If the whole show is filled with sexy women and they are the focus of the anime, great. Something like Interspecies Reviewers (posted), Manyuu Hikenchou, or Eiken.
I do however find it distracting when an otherwise serious anime throws in a random ecchi episode that feels super out of place, or has a single character that they randomly have bouncing or sexy shots out of nowhere, I hate it.
Either go all in and fill your whole cast with bouncing tits and every episode with sexy stuff, or leave it alone and don't distract.
