I forgot how much time doing the morphs and other MMD stuff takes, and the fact that I had to upgrade to blender 3.6 because I worked on this model in 2.93 unlike the usual 2.79b (which has my semiauto conversion script) didn't help. So I had to name all the bones by hand and stuff, it was a huge pain. The physics turned out bad as expected but I'm completely out of steam right now. It probably has issues, but I can't spot any right now at a glance. Also it seems like I misunderstood how the toon image even works. It looks like it just samples just the top and bottom pixels to apply the shading. I honestly thought it was more of a gradient, so the shading kinda differs from the blender viewport for me. I know I can just make a custom shader but I'm not sure if it's convenient for other people who want to use their own setups.
