>>3008787I use NAI (pls no bully), so it's a lot of trying weird narrative prompts to see what sticks, mixing in danbooru tags from the list for more certain results, and inpainting extensively. Nearly every time i gen the tail specifically is distorted and busted, but inpaint will pick it up and fix it if i draw it in. It also wrecks detail work like the jolly roger on the hat a lot,or trim lines on clothing, etc. The only straight gen in here is the mummy one, the others all needed a lot of touch up.
Character ref is the feature that I'm using, which i was not at all impressed with when it came out and basically ignored. Now that i've goofed with it a little though, it keeps a very consistent style and color palette even when using different colors or backgrounds that don't exist in the original image. The coolest part is it even works with multiple characters and retains coherency, but i've only tried "faceless males" and not like, a specific dude or other woman or anything yet, which i bet would cause problems.
