We've been discussing at /q/ for an urgent need of an upgrade in the boards /h/, /e/ and /d/, regarding the post and image limit, you can read the thread here

boards.4chan.org/q/res/680454To summarize, all three boards get stuck with dead threads constantly, since all three are pretty much image dump boards, but having the post limit set to 300 and the image limit set to 150 makes these boards fill with dead threads that get constantly bumped after hitting the image limit sometimes even for months.
The idea most of people agreed with at /q/ was to either increase the image limit and/or make non-image posts not bump the threads at all.
This topic is still being discussed, and if everything goes as expected you should receive more messages like this from other people interested in this seeing these three boards getting an upgrade.
