Over the years from 2003 to now, the leaner types of /e/ girls if they were alive, they would be unhealthily lean. Also, it would ironic if "that's too fat" complainers were consume-a-lot americans....
Unfortunately, a minority on 4chan since 2004 makes use of opportunities to say the girl is fat if she isn't whipcord thin. I don't know why unless they like that waif loli look but are too embarrassed to ask for that specifically. So they just demand leaner! Leaner! Thinner (flat chest)! Cuter (younger)! As cute girls grow up, the words pretty and beautiful begin to apply to them more so than cute.
