Ended up in another server in a private room where he provided a download to a "lite version" of a cheat engine table with a video of the "full version" in use (vid related).
Catch is that to get the full version you have to subscribe to the 20$ tier his weird "unrelated research" patreon where his posts are all about philosophical bullshit, which is probably a cover to avoid KT.
Was the old tool unrelated to Cheat Engine? Seems like it was a standalone .exe
