The best hands came out of the most basic stuff (no lora or artist).
Of course, you want artists, styles, etc, But simply there is no fix to it.
Hands have come a long way, but still suck a bit, and you need to just accept it and try to learn to fix them the best you can.
The only advice I can give you is, try for the hands to do something. Like waving, stay on the hip, holding something, point somewhere, finger to mouth, cross their arms, grabbing their own arm, whatever you want that does not get in the way of your idea.
IF you prompt about the hands, usually they trend to be better than leaving it to its own devices
