Mind you these are minor mistakes(Professional artists make more glaring ones all the time. You will notice if you keep doing this.), and only someone looking for issues would point them out, or complain about them. As a whole, it looks good. She isn't orange, or red. She doesn't look "painted on". Her blushing still looks red, etc.
I do wonder why you saved her as a .png. Plus that pic had a lot of artifacts(around her mouth especially) to begin with. And might have turned out better if you could find a higher quality version.
