Vol.3 tickets were supposed to be introduced for the 4.5 anniversary (Oct. for ENVV). Shandy's second SSR Accessory was added for Halloween (which is the next Vol.3 ranked event). This event originally ran at the beginning of August for JP, two months after their 4.5 Anniversary.
