But (spoilers) she isn't.
I don't know any of these Touhou characters. But anyway, the original pursuer (Prima) finds the second demon (Secunda) eating the human girl. Prima comments that she prefers to eat humans in some other way, and there is a disturbing moment where Secunda eats the human girl's eyeball.
Prima comments that it's really lame to eat food that someone else has killed, and that the only thing for it is to kill Secunda so she can have something to eat. Then they fight.
Secunda is tired of living, basically, but has not met anyone who could free her from life.
It's a lot of work for something less than 4k people watched, but hard to follow the story without knowing Japanese.
