not just one scene, but damn near the whole thing. The premise is that an airheaded girl accidentally comes to school without underwear and must spend the whole day avoiding being caught. Despite never showing anything, the direction, cinematography and voice acting make it hotter than almost any exhibitionism media I've seen.
