NAI is much better for generating anime characters, so NAI based models end up being more accurate than non-NAI for example. Megumin is a very popular character, so there is a good chance that booru based models can cover it well though.
Also, it usually helps to describe the character attributes you want in your prompts, even if they are a part of the design. Like for example my Megumins have the choker but are missing the leg bandages, hat and eye patch, likely because the former is in the description while the latter aren't.
