One of the more niche ENF scenarios I like is when you have a girl that's the center of attention and a shameless tease with short skirts, partially unbuttoned shirts, etc., but is completely mortified when actually caught naked.
Same idea applies to a tomboy that has a "one of the guys" mentality but acts like a typical shy girl at the prospect of nudity.
